Ken Hutcheson is not just our President; he is our leader. He’s a numbers guy by nature, but he’s also very approachable. He takes the time to mentor new franchisees, counsel veterans of the network, and advise employees. With more than 30 years of experience in the green industry, Hutcheson is something of a legend in our business. He’s also a marathon runner and philanthropist, having recently completed the Boston Marathon to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes. You can be sure that when he speaks, people listen.
Mike Fitzpatrick has a dry sense of humor, but he’s pretty serious about details. He oversees the team of Regional Franchise Advisors (RFAs), which provides unparalleled Home Office support to every franchisee in our network. He also acquires/supports the national accounts for U.S. Lawns. Fitzpatrick has 30 years of experience in the industry, and his leadership has made U.S. Lawns one of the most respected landscape management choices in the country. When he’s not focused on growing our business, Fitzpatrick enjoys dedicating himself to his passion for cycling.
People are Brandon Moxam’s business. As head of sales and marketing, he loves to change people’s lives with new vision and opportunity. Moxam’s team brings potential new franchisees to the U.S. Lawns Home Office. He looks for new partnerships he can forge, improving the lives of franchisees and adding to the all-star team of U.S. Lawns’ nationwide network. His dedication is a key reason U.S. Lawns continues to grow. On the weekends, Moxam spends most of his time at the soccer fields with his kids.

Pam Dolan always makes time for people and does so with a smile. With nearly 30 years of experience in property management, she wears many hats at the U.S. Lawns home office, from managing completion of franchise agreements and account service agreements to completing insurance certificates for franchisees and handling insurance coverage and HR issues for employees. Dolan and her team put on U.S. Lawns’ greatest show: the U.S. Lawns Annual Conference, which gathers home office staff and franchisees from across the country for three days of speakers, training and fun. On her own time, Dolan enjoys reading and supporting her husband in Iron Man competitions.

Director of Operational Support
Justin leads the Advisor, Development and Specialized Support teams. Advises, coaches, and mentors franchisees on: financial performance, owner development, and people development. Serves as a coach for all aspects of owning and operating a commercial grounds care business.
Sr. Director of Franchise Recruiting
David leads the Franchise Recruiting process and team. He is responsible for lead generation and the franchise recruiting strategy to increase the U.S. Lawns presence nationwide.
Melissa is responsible for Franchise Accounting, reporting, royalties and franchisee account inquiries. She oversees the home office accounting department, Corporate reporting and financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Todd manages the U.S. Lawns franchise recruiting process to increase U.S. Lawns presence nationwide. He recruits new franchisees and hosts the Open House events at the Home Office.
