ABOUT THE OWNERSHIP
John Kenney
In 2000 he joined GE Power as operations leader, was promoted in 2007 to Rotor Machining Cell Leader and two years later to CoE Leader for Combustion & Repair. In 2013 he transferred as Plant Manager in Bangor, ME. In 2015 he returned to Greenville as the Rotors & Airfoils LCOE leader responsible for NPI and Cost. In 2016 he become the Global Power Purchasing leader for all Gas Turbine components responsible for a $3B buy. In January of 2019 he was named the Greenville Plant Manager responsible for all Manufacturing Operations in Greenville, SC.
With his career successes in operations, budget management, and his passion for training & guiding teams as a foundation, he then decided to pursue his dream and became a business owner by purchasing three U.S. Lawns franchise locations in Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson, SC.
In his personal life, he is married and has three children. He loves spending time with family and friends enjoying life.
