William Lester moved from Ohio to Florida in 2000 and discovered his passion for the landscape industry. He joined U.S. Lawns in 2003 as an irrigation tech helper and moved up to crew leader. As time pressed on, he was able to master that position and grow in his career to be an integral part of the horticulture department. After five years in the horticulture department, William decided to move his career forward to become a junior account manager. His success was so positive that he was moved up to an account manager where he resides today. William maintains a BMP (Certified in best management practices GV6179-1, GV6179), loves working outdoors, and loves spending time with his family on nature walks where he gets to show his family how landscaping and nature work hand in hand.

Josh Speer holds certifications in BMP, FDOT, and Hunter University, showcasing his expertise in the landscaping field. Starting as a gardener in 2015, he climbed the ranks to become a foreman and manager before assuming his current role. As operations manager, Josh is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure the company's continued growth and success. Josh actively volunteers in the community, recognizing the importance of giving back and making a positive impact. In his personal life, he has a passion for fishing and cherishes quality time with his family. Josh's ultimate goal is to further his education in the industry, as landscaping is not just a job or career for him, but rather a true passion. He believes that when you do what you love, work becomes something you never have to do again.

Sean Flaherty is Senior Account Manager, leveraging his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from James Madison University. With expertise in irrigation, horticulture, and agronomy, Sean excels in assessing and addressing client needs, ensuring thriving landscapes. He holds certifications in Best Management Practices (BMP) and Hunter irrigation installation. Outside of work, Sean enjoys fishing, kayaking, and spending time with his family. Sean's dedication to his work and his passion for environmental conservation makes him a valuable asset to any team. His ability to build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and his focus on sustainability and his extensive knowledge in landscaping, Sean consistently strives to create and maintain beautiful, eco-friendly outdoor spaces.

Darin Cooper brings over a decade of landscape industry experience with a strong background in client relationship management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, with a concentration in Management and a minor in Organizational Communication.

Before joining US Lawns in October 2024, Darin owned and operated a successful lawn and landscape company where he developed expertise in business development, customer retention, contract negotiation, and operational management. Through a commitment to quality service and strong client relationships, he built a reputation for delivering customized landscape solutions and exceptional customer care.

Throughout his career, Darin has focused on building long-term client partnerships, developing customized property solutions, and helping customers maximize the value of their landscape investments. His experience managing commercial and residential accounts, negotiating service agreements, and identifying enhancement opportunities gives him a unique perspective when serving property managers and business owners throughout Brevard County.

Darin is passionate about delivering proactive communication, dependable service, and landscape solutions that help clients maintain attractive, functional, and professionally managed properties.

Meredith Di Vita graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation/Hospitality Management/Special Events & Meeting Planning. She has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, and has developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the power of building lasting partnerships. She has worked in the commercial landscape industry for over 3 years. From residential community common areas to large-scale commercial projects, she has been involved in all aspects of landscape development, including design, installation, and maintenance. This hands-on experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the industry, its challenges, and its potential for growth.
