Ken Hutcheson is not just our President; he is our leader. He’s a numbers guy by nature, but he’s also very approachable. He takes the time to mentor new franchisees, counsel veterans of the network, and advise employees. With more than 30 years of experience in the green industry, Hutcheson is something of a legend in our business. He’s also a marathon runner and philanthropist, having completed the Boston Marathon to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes. You can be sure that when he speaks, people listen.

Dave Wells leads the way for the overall U.S. Lawns Brand Presence and growth nationwide. He is directly involved in the Franchise Recruiting philosophy and validation process.  He guides the vision and direction of the Sales and the Marketing & Communications teams. He oversees the management of Marketing Fund activities, communications strategies, and the U.S. Lawns brand presence nationwide.

Mike leads U.S. Lawns franchise operations by evaluating and developing strategies to improve, define and drive consistency in all aspects of system operations. He is responsible for continuing to advance our U.S. Lawns operating plans, including support tools, processes and partner programs, to ensure brand standards are met throughout our network.

Melissa, a CPA, oversees the U.S. Lawns Home Office accounting team and all aspects of finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI’s. She is a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor.

John leads our teams of Advisors and Field Support Specialists. These teams provide initial and ongoing support and guidance to our franchisees in areas of business planning, operational performance, employee training and customer satisfaction.  These efforts are in support of helping our franchisees reach their business goals in partnership with supporting the goals and initiatives of the home office and the U.S. Lawns brand.

Pam oversees the day-to-day operations of the office administration. She is the liaison for franchise documents, certificates of insurance and other business documents for franchisees. Pam is also responsible for all special events for U.S. Lawns, including the Annual Conference, meetings and other national, regional or local events.
