SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING ENHANCEMENT CONTRACTS
Seasonal Color – U.S. Lawns of Parker will help you attract attention with regularly refreshed and maintained seasonal color in the form of flowerbeds, outdoor planters filled with colorful plantings, blooming shrubs and ornamental trees. Ever mindful of water conservation, we can create a xeriscape which utilizes native plants and trees that will thrive and be beautiful in our semi-arid climate, with minimal irrigation requirements.
Mulch – Natural mulch is a landscape enhancement which, when applied and maintained correctly, is vital to a healthy softscape. Why? Because mulch helps with moisture retention, regulates the ground temperature and protects tender root systems from extremes, feeds essential nutrition to the soil during decomposition, helps to control both weeds and erosion, and lends to a neat appearance, too. Get ahold of your mulch experts at U.S. Lawns to learn more about the different mulches available and which will work best for your needs.
Permanent Ground Cover – If your property has deeply shaded or high-traffic places where a permanent ground covering is necessary, U.S. Lawns has a variety of options including cedar chips, rubber mulch or decorative rocks like pea stone gravel. Tell us about your challenging areas and we’ll help you choose an attractive, lasting, suitable medium.
Drainage Solutions – U.S. Lawns Team 492 can help with landscape drainage issues by clearing clogs from existing landscape drains, installing new surface, channel or French drains, building dry creek beds or natural rain gardens, amending the soil with sand or organic matter that will improve absorption, and we can change the land’s topography in order to reroute water. Whatever your water struggles on your landscape, we have a solid solution.
Hardscapes – If you’re considering ways to make your property a desirable place to spend outside time, U.S. Lawns can help by creating recreational areas with basketball, volleyball or badminton courts and playground equipment; building winding pathways that are lined with benches and lead to the shade of a pergola or gazebo; creating patios made of flagstone, paver stones or bricks, complete with flowerpots, picnic tables and relaxing water feature–the possibilities for transforming your grounds with hardscapes are virtually endless, and U.S. Lawns Parker is equipped to do the job right.
As a matter of fact, we’re here to keep your landscape flourishing all through the seasons. So, if you’re ready to partner with a landscape management team who’ll take care of everything from mowing the grass to keeping your irrigation system performing, and that you can even depend on to deal with the snowplowing and ice treatments during the wintertime, contact us. We’ll treat your landscape with the same care as we give to our own!
