Permanent Ground Cover – If you have challenging spaces where grass and other greenery struggles due to harsh conditions, there are solid alternatives available. U.S. Lawns of Miami-Dade can install rubber mulch, decorative pebbles like pea stone gravel, cedar chips or another material that is designed to be durable, low-maintenance and attractive.
Mulch – Natural mulch is an essential landscape improvement, for multiple reasons. First, it lends to a tidy appearance; but even more importantly, mulch is good for moisture retention, feeds nutrients into the soil during decomposition, controls erosion, prevents weed germination, and mulch also protects root systems from extreme temperature changes by regulating the ground temperature beneath it. The best part is that your landscape enhancement pros of U.S. Lawns will make sure the mulching is done correctly and at the proper time of year so your softscape benefits as much as possible while you stay focused on everything else on your task list.
Seasonal Color – Nothing attracts attention and elevates curb appeal more effectively than seasonal color–in the form of blooming trees and shrubberies; flowerbeds and outdoor planters filled with varying shades and textures of flowers, grasses, ornamental trees, and other plantings; and some well-placed evergreens along with our climate loving palms will keep those natural hues beautifying your property all through the seasons, and U.S. Lawns Team 354 delights in planting and maintaining any and all of it. Get in touch with us to find out all the ways we can utilize seasonal color to resonate with your audience.
Hardscapes – The possibilities for turning your grounds into an outdoor public space are endless, and U.S. Lawns Team 354 can add hardscapes to help. We’ll build a brick or flagstone patio with picnic tables, flowerpots filled with tropical plantings, and a water feature or firepit; create bench-lined, paver stone walking paths that lead to a gazebo or pergola; and install a recreational area complete with a playground and a volleyball, badminton or basketball court. Share with us what your objective is, and we’ll help you use your grounds to that end.
Landscape Drainage Solutions – U.S. Lawns Miami Dade West can solve your drainage issues by clearing debris from landscape drains or installing new French, trench (channel), or surface drains. We can build a dry creek bed or natural rain garden to capture runoff; change the topography of the land to reroute waterflow; and we’ll also mix sand or organic matter into the soil to make it absorb better. Whatever your drainage problem, we have a solution, so you can leave it to us with confidence.
The landscape enhancement professionals of U.S. Lawns Miami Dade West are here to make sure your landscape is giving its all toward your company’s success. What’s more, we’re experts in complete landscape management, which means we’re the only commercial landscaping partner you’ll ever need.
