Services Included In Our Commercial Landscape Enhancement Contracts
Landscape Drainage Solutions – If you need landscape drains unclogged or need new surface, channel (also known as trench) or French drains, trust it to U.S. Lawns of Chester County. We can clear debris from or install landscape drains; build dry creek beds to act as a sponge; create a natural rain garden to capture excess water; reroute flowing water by changing the land’s topography; and we’ll make the soil absorb moisture better by mixing in sand or organic matter–whatever your landscape drainage issue, we have the right solution.
Seasonal Color – A powerful way to elevate curb appeal and beautify your property is through the use of seasonal color. U.S. Lawns Team 687 will install and maintain flowerbeds, outdoor planters, ornamental trees and shrubs that bloom, and we’ll tie it all together with the natural hues and varied textures of evergreens and native grasses that will appeal to the eye and draw attention to special signs and other features.
Permanent Ground Cover – U.S. Lawns can address deeply shaded spaces and areas that receive constant foot traffic by installing permanent ground cover such as rubber mulch, cedar chips, decorative pebbles like pea stone gravel, or another low-maintenance medium that will be attractive and durable. Just show us where your challenging places are, and we’ll help you pick the right ground covers and then get them installed for you.
Mulch – Natural mulch is an invaluable landscape enhancement for multiple reasons. When done the correct way, mulch provides vital nutrition as it breaks down, helps with moisture retention, serves as erosion control, prevents weeds from germinating and also regulates the ground temperature underneath it. Fortunately, you have the mulching pros of U.S. Lawns of Chester County to keep your trees, shrubs and plant beds mulched properly, so you won’t need to have the specialized knowledge necessary, nor do any of the heavy lifting.
Hardscapes – From playgrounds and athletic areas to pergolas or gazebos to pathways lined with benches and vine-covered trellises to paver patios with picnic tables, planters filled with ornamental trees and blossoming plants, and a firepit or relaxing water fountain, U.S. Lawns can help you make your grounds an outdoor destination where people will enjoy spending time.
Regardless of the type of landscape improvements you’re considering, the landscaping pros of U.S. Lawns of Chester County are qualified and equipped to make it happen smoothly. And the greatest advantage of partnering with us is that we are also specialists in everything your landscape needs to flourish. We’ll handle the lawn care, keep the trees, shrubberies and other greenery trimmed and healthy, can perform all kinds of landscape enhancements, and are your full-service irrigation installation, maintenance and repair professionals too. Philip earned a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, where he was the valedictorian of his graduating class. He spent most of his career in management consulting, advising large global companies on how to best manage their risk and compliance exposures. As the Director of Ethics and Compliance Risk for DXC Technology, a fortune 500 IT services company, his responsibilities include managing some of the organizations’ most complex ethics and compliance issues, as well as leading the digital transformation of DXC’s global Ethics & Compliance and Data Protection programs. Luke began his career as an apprentice for a trained stone mason, learning the ins and outs of the trade but wanted to diversify his skillset. He went on to work for a large general contractor, but quickly realized he wanted the freedom and flexibility of owning his own business. In 2017, Luke opened his general contracting business, where he specialized in decks, patios, flooring, and bathrooms. Looking to add revenue streams, he then added a residential mowing and landscaping division to his business. While he demonstrated sustainable growth year-over-year, he decided to take the business to new heights with the power of the U.S. Lawns network behind him. Philip and Luke both currently reside in the borough of Royersford, PA, just a few blocks apart. Philip lives with his wife (Jackie), their young son, and their four dogs. Luke lives with his long-time girlfriend (Lauren) and their two dogs. In their free time, they love spending time with their family and loved ones and are extremely passionate about Philadelphia sports.
