Your Snow Plowing & Ice Management Experts
Even though the western Tennessee winters tend to be reasonably short, we still experience our share of hazardous wintry precipitation. Since U.S. Lawns of Jackson is dedicated to being all-season landscaping pros, we’ve made commercial snow removal and ice management one of our specialties.
Whether you’re managing the grounds of a McKenzie assisted living facility or apartment complex, a municipal property in Hollow Rock, a retail shop in Bells, a Friendship manufacturer, a bank or salon in Henderson, a Lavinia house of worship, a Medina or Wildersville dining establishment, a hotel or office building in Brownsville, a warehouse in Lexington, a Denmark trucking company, or any other kind of commercial real estate, U.S. Lawns is here to keep you operating, even when the snow and ice starts to accumulate.
Get on our winter services schedule early, and rest easy in the knowledge that U.S. Lawns Team 536 has your company covered when winter weather arrives.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR Commercial Snow Removal CONTRACTS
Snowplowing & Shoveling – When the snow starts to accumulate, you can depend on U.S. Lawns to be there with snowplows and snow shovels in hand, pushing snow from driving areas, parking lots, outside stairs and walkways to keep your property accessible for people coming and going.
Ice Treatments – U.S. Lawns of Jackson knows just how hazardous and disruptive icy conditions can be. This is why we’ll be there applying pretreatments when conditions call for it, and we’ll be back to apply ice melts as necessary. Some of the different treatments we may use are:
- Liquid Deicers – Useful to pretreat paved areas and prevent ice buildup, liquid deicers are also used to melt thin ice glazing on concrete surfaces.
- Granular Ice Melts – When the frozen precipitation gets too thick for liquid deicers to be effective, we’ll use granular ice melts which penetrate deeply to melt thicker ice layers.
- Sand – Although not a melting agent, sand can be a great help with traction.
Winter Storm Response – Our responsiveness is what makes U.S. Lawns Jackson stand apart, and we have the ability to act expediently because we start planning months ahead of time. This is advantageous to our customers for a number of reasons including:
- We’re able to familiarize ourselves with your landscape which serves multiple purposes:
- We have time to make sure trees and shrubberies are properly trimmed and pruned so they’ll be prepared to hold up under the heavy winds and the added weight of ice and snow.
- We’re able to map out hardscape and softscape elements at risk of damage by snowplows once they’ve been concealed by snowfall.
- We have the opportunity to designate the best draining and out of the way places to pile snow until it can melt off.
- Planning ahead ensures we’re fully staffed and equipped to effectively serve every customer on our schedule–and you will be on our schedule early on.
- We will be there to remove any downed branches or other debris left behind by the winter storm, keeping your landscape neat and tidy even in the wintertime.
- We stay on top of the winter weather forecast, so we can be prepared to be there the moment we need to be, day or night.
Our responsiveness doesn’t stop when we put away the snowplows and shovels at winter’s end, either. It’s an integral piece of every landscaping service we perform, from lawn and plant care to irrigation installation, repair and maintenance, which means you can count on U.S. Lawns to be on your grounds, keeping everything in top shape all year long.
