SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING ENHANCEMENT CONTRACTS
Permanent Ground Cover – If your property has areas that demand a durable ground covering, U.S Lawns Team 538 in Volusia County has a variety of options we can install, including rubber mulch, cedar chips, decorative stones like pea gravel, or another attractive low-maintenance material designed to withstand the conditions. Get in touch with us to find out more about the permanent ground cover choices available.
Landscape Drainage – Whether it’s stagnating water or flowing water that is creating challenges on your grounds, just leave it in the capable hands of your U.S. Lawns landscape drainage pros. We’ll unblock existing landscape drains, or install new surface, trench or French drains; build a natural rain garden or dry creek bed; mix organic matter or sand into the soil to make it more permeable; and we’ll even change the terrain if necessary. Whatever your drainage problem, we have a good solution.
Seasonal Color – One of the most powerful ways to beautify your grounds is with seasonal color. U.S. Lawns of Volusia County will install and maintain flower beds, plant ornamental trees and blossoming shrubberies, and utilize planters filled with brightly blooming tropical plants to draw the eyes to important features, elevate curb appeal and make the impression you’re aiming for.
Mulch – In addition to its aesthetic contribution, wood mulch is invaluable to the health of your greenery with proper application, because it aids with moisture retention, helps to control weed germination, prevents erosion, regulates the ground temperature beneath it, and feeds essential nutrients into the soil as it decomposes. Fortunately, you can depend on the landscape enhancement specialists of U.S. Lawns to keep trees, shrubs and plant beds properly mulched throughout the year, so all you’ll have to do is appreciate the view.
Hardscapes – If your objective is to provide a public outdoor space on your commercial grounds, entrust the project to U.S. Lawns with confidence. We’ll build playgrounds or athletic areas; add benches along a paver or natural stone pathway which leads to the shelter of a gazebo or vine-covered pergola; install a brick, flagstone or cobblestone patio complete with a water feature, a firepit, and picnic tables where people can enjoy time out of doors; or add any combination of hardscape elements to transform your property’s exterior into the type of space you need to take your business to the next level.
