Your Landscape Improvement & Enhancement Experts
Joe and Lisa Kapcsandi along with the commercial landscaping professionals of U.S. Lawns Sanford are your landscape improvement specialists. Since 2011, we’ve been helping customers throughout the Florida counties of Brevard, Lake, Orange and Seminole realize great gains, thanks in large part, to enhancements we made to their commercial landscapes.
If you’re trying to attract patrons to a retail establishment or spa in Lake Mary, keep every room occupied in a Sanford hotel, provide a quiet outside dining space for a Paisley restaurant, create an enjoyable place for families to gather outdoors at an Oviedo assisted living facility or apartment complex, or simply maintain a neat, tidy landscape for an Umatilla municipal property or Titusville manufacturing plant, get in touch with U.S. Lawns Team 505.
Our landscape renovation experts can make improvements that will effectively help you achieve your company’s goals, make your job easier, and perhaps even raise your property values in the process.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING ENHANCEMENT CONTRACTS
Hardscapes – U.S. Lawns of Sanford will help you turn your grounds into the destination where people want to spend time, with paver or flagstone patios, purposefully placed planters, natural rock pathways, benches and umbrella-shaded tables, a calming rock waterfall, and maybe a pergola or trellis covered in blooming vines created to a cooling respite.
Seasonal Color – If you’re trying to capture attention and improve curb appeal, consider using flower beds, floral borders, flowering shrubs, palm trees, and some well-tended tropical plants. You can rely on your local U.S. Lawns landscape enhancement specialists to plant the right variety of blossoming flora and keep it maintained and refreshed to ensure your grounds remain in a vibrant state of bloom season after season.
Mulch – Natural wood mulch plays a major role in the health and longevity of your softscape. Not only does it lend a tidy appearance, but when properly used, mulch also feeds the soil, offers protection to root systems by regulating the ground temperature, helps with hydration and acts as an effective weed and erosion control measure. It can be damaging if it’s improperly applied though, so mulching it best left to professionals like U.S. Lawns.
Permanent Ground Cover – If you’re seeking a low-maintenance option to grass, U.S. Lawns can install artificial turf, rubber mulch, pea stone or another type of gravel that will be lasting and durable. Schedule some time with us so we can come and show you what’s available and help you make the right choice for your needs.
Drainage Solutions – U.S. Lawns can help with water issues, whether that be rerouting the flowing water by changing the land’s topography or installing surface drains, French drains, channel drains, dry creek beds and natural rain gardens to capture runoff. We’ll also amend the soil with sand or another organic material to improve absorption. Whatever the drainage challenges, we have solutions.
If it’s time for your landscape to start making a stronger contribution to your objectives, your locally owned and operated U.S. Lawns is here to assist you. With expertise in everything from lawn care to irrigation installation, repair and maintenance services, we’ve got you covered all year long.
