Jerry Kincaid

I’ve been in the grounds care industry since 1989, and joined U.S. Lawns in 2012, so this isn’t just a job or my business - it’s my passion. I believe in open communication and building strong connections with our customers.

I start with answering my phone and email, something that is getting to be far too rare. I stay in touch with my customers so that they can be confident they are getting a level of service that makes their job of managing properties easier. Customer retention and employee retention is a high priority for us. And we are committed to giving back to our community, helping out churches and youth organizations in our area. When I’m not working, which is not very often, I enjoy traveling with my wife and family, going to off-road UTV parks, or just relaxing at a resort.

U.S. Lawns in YOUR Community

We also help out our local youth organizations in our area with some of their irrigation needs. Corydon is a town in Harrison Township and the county seat of Harrison County. Founded in 1808, the town served as the capital of the Indiana Territory between 1813 and 1816. It was the location of the state’s first constitutional convention in June 1816 and also of the Battle of Corydon during the American Civil War. Then, it became the state capital and remained so until the seat of state government moved in 1825 to Indianapolis.

In addition to the rich history of Corydon, the town features various historic sites that have become tourist destinations. In fact, part of the downtown area is officially listed in the National Register as the Corydon Historic District.
