Now, even though he’s the first to admit that he’s made mistakes along the way, he must be doing a lot right, too, since he has a number of long-tenured team members, with one who’s been on the job for twenty-one years, another with fifteen years in, a few with ten years under their belts, several with eight years, and a good number of five-year employees–even at the lowest, this amount of time with the same company is pretty rare in the landscaping industry.
