Seasonal Color – There is probably no better way to draw people in and highlight important signs and entrances than with vibrant floral borders along with strategically placed flower beds that have regularly rotated annuals that will blossom throughout the seasons, and you can leave it to U.S. Lawns to make it happen. We’ll also plant flowering shrubs and ornamental trees along with brightly colored native grasses and early blooming perennials to tie everything together and beautify your property.
Mulch – Wood mulch is one of the most important landscape enhancements you can make. It’s great for appearances, but mulching is even better for the health of your flora, because it aids in hydration, feeds nutrients back to the soil as it breaks down, is an effective erosion and weed control measure, and regulates the ground temperature. You can rely on Mike Kirk and U.S. Lawns Team 093 to get it applied the right way every single time.
Hardscapes – Make your grounds a relaxing haven for your tenants, employees and visitors alike, with the addition of benches and paver walking paths, a stone patio, and even a cooling, vine covered trellis or a rock waterfall. Your local U.S. Lawns of Northeast Mississippi can do all of this and more–if you have a vision we can make it a reality, and if you need a vision, we’ll share ours!
Ground Cover – For areas where the turf just can’t hold up, we’ll replace it with pea stone gravel, rubber mulch, or another durable material that is eye pleasing and low maintenance, while eliminating what was once an eyesore and a hassle with a more permanent ground cover.
Drainage Solutions – If excess water is a concern, we’ll address it by incorporating sand and organic mediums into the soil to maximize absorption, change the topography of the land, install dry creek beds, natural rain gardens, surface drains, and French drains, or employ a combination of these solutions to eliminate standing water and/or excess runoff problems to protect both softscapes and hardscapes.
If you’re considering making landscape enhancements to a commercial property located in the Mississippi counties of Alcorn, Benton, Calhoun, Chickasaw, DeSoto, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee, Lowndes, Marshall, Monroe, Panola, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Quitman, Tate, Tippah, Tishomingo, Union, or Yalobusha, schedule some time with U.S. Lawns. We’ll come walk your grounds with you and propose renovations that will make a noticeable impact. And while we’re at it, we can also create a yearly landscape management plan that includes lawn care and landscape maintenance, irrigation maintenance, and plant health services, so you can leave all your landscaping needs with the one team who’ll treat your turf like our lawn.
